The San Diego County Air Pollution Control District is now accepting applications for grant funding available through the Voucher Incentive Program (VIP). With the goal of reducing air pollutant emissions, VIP provides a streamlined approach to obtain grants to replace qualified on-road diesel trucks with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) greater than 14,000 pounds.
